This means more turnover in employees and employees that just don't give a shit cuz they know they are getting screwed at every turn by management that simply do not care, they get theirs and for most upper management, they could care less as long as they can pay for their summer homes and boat slips. Sometimes I get my orders (actually more often than not) in the time they say, but these delays are just happening more n more unfortunately due to the pandemic and these companies like most corporations don't want to pay their blue collar workers a living wage. Tho it is a pain in the ass I know, I believe this will all be the new normal for a while and maybe for good. I ship a good amount with UPS (500 parcels/week) and if I ship using any service (overnight, 2 day and ground) from Austin to Houston it’s there the next day.
